Some of the LACDC’s projects include:

• Upgrading the Leechburg Riverfront Park and building a boat ramp
• Creating a co-working space at 152 Market Street (site of the former First Commonwealth Bank)
• Developing ways to attract new businesses to Leechburg and to support the existing ones.
• Upgrading residential real estate by renovating neglected property to improve the livability of neighborhoods.
