MISSION / VISION
The Leechburg Area Community Development Corporation (LACDC) is a group of committed volunteers who have a sincere interest in Leechburg and the surrounding communities of Gilpin, Hyde Park, Parks Township, and West Leechburg. This group wants to strengthen the area by helping it evolve and grow.

A community that has evolved to thrive in today’s environment – one that leverages the beautiful natural resources surrounding the area, with a vibrant town center, life enhancing amenities and contributing and committed residents maximizing the potential of a closely knit small Western Pennsylvania community.
